How to make sweets with marron glacé by putting the chopped fruits in a dough based on eggs, sugar, butter, milk and flour, with grated lemon zest.


Ingredients for 8 people

- 100 g of marron glacé

- 200 ml of milk


- 240 g of sugar

- 200 g of butter

- 4 eggs


- 1 lemon

- 260 g of white flour "00"

- 1/2 sachet of yeast


- salt

How to prepare marron glacé sweets

In a bowl beat the eggs with the sugar and the grated lemon zest.

Add the melted butter in a water bath, milk and a pinch of salt.

Sprinkle the flour sifted with the baking powder, continuing to mix with the whisk.

Leave the mixture to rest for 10 minutes and in the meantime heat the oven to 180 ° C.

Chop the marron glacé and mix them with the mixture.

Fill the souffle molds up to 2/3 and cook them in the oven for about 20 minutes.

Remove the cakes from the oven, allow them to cool and remove them from the molds.
