Ingredients for 6 people
- gr. 250 whipping cream
- 150 gr. of walnut kernels
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 vegetable nut
- 4 spoons of milk
- 50 gr, of grated Parmesan
- a sachet of jelly
- salt
- White pepper
How to prepare the walnut mousse
Chop the walnuts and add the Parmesan, the egg yolks and the nut dissolved in the hot milk.
