How to make an omelette with cooked ham and mozzarella, a parmesan cheese recipe to be prepared in a short time and with few necessary ingredients.


Ingredients for 4 portions

- 200 gr of mozzarella

- 1 pound of cooked ham or 1 pack of frankfurters as an alternative


- 1 pinch of salt

- 6 eggs

- grated parmesan


- half a knob of butter

Preparation of the omelet with cooked ham and mozzarella

Take a container where you can beat the 6 shelled eggs, yolk and egg white all together.

Add the grated Parmesan.


When the mixture is well blended, add the mozzarella and the cooked ham in small pieces.

Depending on your preferences, cooked ham can be replaced with sausages cut into slices about half a centimeter.

Add a pinch of salt and mix everything again.

Take a pan with non-stick bottom and melt half a knob of butter on a medium heat.

As soon as the butter has melted, pour the mixture prepared first into the pan, making sure that the bottom is completely covered with the liquid.

Leave to cook for a few minutes, shaking the pan every now and then, with the help of a wooden ladle to lift an edge of the omelette making sure that it does not burn the underside.

As soon as the bottom starts to gild, take an even plate and place it on top of the pan, with one hand take the pan by the handle and with the other hold the plate on the upper side, turning everything upside down.

Once the omelette is on the plate, slide it back into the inverted pan and finish cooking. Serve on a hot table.
