- 40 gr of smoked scamorza
- 3 eggs
- 30 g butter
Preparation of the omelet with scamorza
Peel the scamorza and cut it into slices about 2 millimeters thick.
Beat the eggs in a container of the right size, put the salt and pour into the preheated pan with the melted and foamed butter, cook the omelette until it thickens, then lay the slices of scamorza cheese on it and fold on itself to half moon, closing the slices of scamorza inside.
Continue cooking for another two minutes over medium heat, turning the omelette closed on itself in this second cooking phase.
