How to cook pasta with broccoli, a recipe including gorgonzola, almonds and cream among the necessary ingredients, to be prepared in about 35 minutes.


Ingredients for 4 people

- 400 g of tortiglioni

- 400 g of broccoli


- 200 g of gorgonzola

- 125 g of cream

- 1 tablespoon of flaked almonds


- 1 onion

- 1 tablespoon of olive oil

- fine salt


- ground pepper

- nutmeg

Preparation

1) After cleaning the broccoli, wash and cut them into rosettes.

2) In a pan, toast the flaked almonds without using condiments.

3) Peel the onion and chop it, then chop the gorgonzola.

4) In abundant salted and boiling water, cook the pasta, making sure it remains al dente.

5) In another pan, sear the broccoli in boiling salted water for about 3 minutes.


6) At this point drain both the pasta and the vegetables, pass them under a jet of cold water and drain them well.

7) In a saucepan, heat the oil and brown the chopped onion, add the cream and bring to the boil, then add the gorgonzola into small pieces, melting it over medium heat.

8) After flavoring with salt, pepper and nutmeg, pour the pasta and broccoli.

9) Warm everything up paying attention.

10) Now wash and dry the watercress, cut the head and garnish the pasta with the almonds, finally serve on the table.
