Pasta with ricotta and parsley: how to prepare the sauce

How to make pasta dressing with ricotta and parsley, ingredients and tips for preparing the recipe quickly and easily.


Ingredients for 4 people

- 120 gr of ricotta

- 4 tablespoons of oil


- 3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese

- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley

Preparation of the pasta sauce with ricotta and parsley

Collect all the ingredients listed at the bottom of a tureen and mix them well together, waiting for the pasta to be cooked.

When cooked, drain the pasta quickly, making sure that it does not dry out too much, so that some of the cooking water falls into the bowl to soften the set of ingredients already placed in it.

Once this is done mix well and serve the pasta with ricotta and parsley still very hot.
