How to make pineapple with a filling containing strawberries and lemon-flavored kiwis, a recipe that describes the few but necessary steps for proper preparation.
Ingredients for 4 portions
- 10 kiwis
- 2 spoons of sugar
- juice of half a lemon
- 1 pineapple weighing about 1 kg
- 150 of fairly large strawberries
How to prepare stuffed pineapple
Divide the pineapple lengthwise and empty the two halves being careful not to spoil the peel.
Put the pineapple pulp on a plate and cut into small pieces, to be transferred to a large enough bowl together with the juice left on the plate.
Wash the strawberries with immersion in plenty of cold water, rinse them and drain them well, remove the stem and put them in the bowl with the pineapple.
Peel the kiwis and divide each into 4 parts to also put in the bowl.
Add the sugar and lemon juice, then mix well with delicacy, finally fill with this mixture the two peels previously emptied.
