Ingredients for 4 portions

- 2 packs of ready-made puff pastry - 460 g approx. -

- 250 g approx. of custard


- 250 g of fresh whipping cream

- icing sugar

Puff pastry preparation with custard

Take a puff pastry disk and moisten its surface.


Put the other puff pastry disc on top and cut 6 slices of pasta.

On each segment cut a triangle with a knife.

Take the oven pan and cover it with parchment paper, then spread the wedges and cook them in a hot oven at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes.


Remove from the oven and let them cool.

Whip the cream, add the icing sugar and add the cream, stirring gently from top to bottom and vice versa, so that the cream does not melt.
