Ingredients for 4 people

- 1 bay leaf

- 2 dl of chopped tomato pulp


- 1 vegetable nut

- 500 g of snow peas

- 1 onion


- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

- salt and pepper

Preparation of peas in pan with tomato

Clean the snow peas and wash them, then cut them into chunks.


Peel the onion and finely chop it, then brown it in a pan with hot oil and bay leaf, stirring frequently with a wooden spoon and taking care that it does not burn.

Add the snow peas and let them flavor for 1 minute, stirring often.
