How to make yogurt steak, recipe with gherkins and chopped parsley cooked in a pan, to be served hot and with a sauce to put on top.
Ingredients for 4 portions
- 6 spoons of yogurt
- half a spoonful of chopped parsley
- 500 gr. of beef steaks in the fillet
- 40 gr. pickled gherkins
How to prepare the yogurt steak
Finely chop the gherkins and mix, in a small bowl, the yogurt, the parsley and a pinch of salt.
Place a fairly thick pan with a non-stick inner coating on the stove, placing a piece of white paper on the bottom.
As soon as the paper darkens at the points in contact with the bottom of the pan, remove it and put the steaks in the pan.
Cook keeping the heat lively, calculating about two minutes for each part, until they darken on both sides.
Serve hot, after having salted them, circulating the sauce separately, so that each guest can put as much meat on the meat as he wants, according to his personal liking.
