How to make cucumbers stuffed with tuna and mayonnaise, recipe with the addition of minced parsley and lemon juice in the filling.
Ingredients for 4 portions
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- juice of half a lemon
- 4 cucumbers
- 240 gr. of tuna in oil
- 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
Preparation of cucumbers stuffed with mayonnaise and tuna
Remove the tuna from the oil and put it in a deep dish where you can chop it with a fork.
Add mayonnaise, parsley and lemon juice, then mix well.
Now peel the cucumbers, cut them in half lengthwise and remove the seeds, using a teaspoon.
Once this is done, fill the grooves thus obtained with the tuna-based mixture.
