Tuscan Agliata, sauce recipe with ingredients

How to make Tuscan garlic sauce, recipe for a garlic-based sauce with a few necessary ingredients, including the half-breadcrumbs, a fast preparation procedure.


Ingredients for 4 people

- 5 large cloves of garlic

- 1 dl olive oil


- half breadcrumbs

- White vinegar

- salt and pepper


Tuscan garlic preparation

Peel the garlic cloves and, after arranging them in the mortar, crush them in order to obtain a homogeneous mixture, then incorporate the olive oil making it come down flush, as is usual with mayonnaise.

Continue to pound, stirring the mixture, until a fairly thick and homogeneous cream is obtained.

At the end, mix the crumb of half a bun, slightly wet with very good vinegar and then squeezed.

Season with a pinch of salt, grind a little pepper on top, then stir carefully, before pouring into the sauce boat.
