Baked fillets of sole

How to cook oven sole fillets, what ingredients are needed and steps to follow for the preparation of this simple but tasty fish recipe.


Ingredients for 4 portions

- 1 dry sandwich

- chilli powder


- extra virgin olive oil

- 800 gr plaice fillets

- 12 black olives


- 1 clove of garlic

- 2 tablespoons chopped basilito

- salt


Preparation of baked sole fillets

Stone the olives and chop them, then peel and chop the garlic clove.

Mix these ingredients in a bowl together with the chopped basil, the grated dry bun, salt and a pinch of chilli pepper.
