- 10 white cabbage leaves
- 300 gr. minced meat
- a slice of bread
- 1 egg
- 50 gr. of parmesan cheese
- 1 clove of garlic
- thyme
- parsley
- olive oil
- tomato pulp

Preparing cabbage leaves with minced meat
Blanch the cabbage leaves in salted water for a few minutes.
After soaking and squeezing the slice of bread, mix it with the minced meat, the egg, the grated Parmesan cheese, a little thyme, chopped parsley and garlic, salt and pepper.
Mix all the ingredients well and with this mixture fill the white cabbage leaves previously blanched in water.
Close them in a package, stopping them with a toothpick, arrange them in a pan and cook them in a little oil and tomato pulp.
