- Yellow flour gr. 150

- Fresh porcini mushrooms: gr. 300


- A liter and a quarter of vegetable broth

- Salt and pepper

Preparation of fresh porcini mushroom cream

In a saucepan, brown the garlic and catmint in the butter.


As soon as the garlic shows signs of color, add the well cleaned and sliced ​​mushrooms.

Salt a little, pepper and brown for a few minutes, then pour all the boiling broth.
