Ingredients for 4 people

- 1 pack of frozen shortcrust pastry

- 1 bunch of white grapes


- 1 small bunch of black grapes

- 2 bananas

- 100 g of wild strawberries or common strawberries


- 1 small jar of apricot jam

How to prepare fresh fruit tart without cream

Roll out the shortcrust pastry and place it in a cake pan lined with parchment paper.

With the pasta also line the edges of the mold, then pierce it with a fork and cover it with aluminum foil, and place the dried beans on it to prevent the dough from rising during cooking.


Put in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes, then take the cake tin out of the oven and let it cool.
