Ingredients for 4-6 people
- 200 g of fresh cream
- 50 g of horseradish
- 1 teaspoon of English mustard powder
- 2 teaspoons of white vinegar
- 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon of icing sugar
- 10 drops of Worcester sauce
- salt
How to prepare cream horseradish sauce
Wash and scrape the horseradish, grate it and put it in a bowl, add the grated bread, mustard and vinegar.
Mix everything and gradually add the cream, sugar, Worcester sauce and a pinch of salt.
