How to make veal escalopes with artichokes

Guide and ingredients for cooking delicious veal escalopes with veal, a simple recipe to cook in a pan after a quick preparation.


Ingredients for 4 portions

- 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

- 3 tablespoons chopped parsley


- 400 gr veal slices

- 300 gr fresh or frozen artichoke hearts

- White flour


- dry white wine

- salt and pepper

How artichokes escalopes are made

Flatten the veal slices by placing them between two sheets of film and pounding them with the meat tenderizer.


Heat a tablespoon of oil with the chopped parsley in a pan, keeping the heat low, then add the artichokes, salt, pepper and cook for about 15 minutes, remembering to stir occasionally.

In another pan, heat the remaining oil, add the floured veal slices and brown them on both sides over high heat, stirring with a wooden spoon.
