How to make mimosa eggs, simple recipe with tuna and mushrooms, necessary ingredients and preparation guide for a healthy and nutritious appetizer.


Ingredients for 4 people

- 4 eggs

- 100 gr of tuna


- 100 gr of mushrooms in oil

- lettuce or radicchio salad

How mimosa eggs are made

Place the 4 eggs in a small pan, cover with cold water and put on the fire for 7 minutes from when the water is boiling to make them hard.


Remove from the heat, cool with cold water and shell.

Divide the eggs into two parts and remove the yolk.

Put 6 half yolks in the vegetable cutter, the two remaining half yolks must be kept for later.

From the compound obtained form a dough from which to obtain 8 balls to be housed in the empty cavity of the egg solidified egg white.

Arrange them on the plate to be served on the table over the bottom covered with lettuce and decorate them with the two remaining half yolks, gently grating them equally on the eggs to form small tufts that will remind you of the mimosa flower.
