How to cook raw bean sprouts, recipe to be seasoned with apple, carrot and mayonnaise sauce, mixing everything with olive oil and wine vinegar.
Ingredients for 4 portions
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- 1 carrot
- 1 apple
- 200 gr of bean sprouts
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
Preparation of raw bean sprouts
Wash the bean sprouts by immersing them in abundant cold water, stirring quickly and draining them with the help of a colander and letting them drain completely, after wrapping them with a kitchen cloth to complete drying.
On the bottom of a salad bowl, mix the mayonnaise with oil and vinegar, then clean and wash the carrot, peel the apple and grate both with a multi-hole grater, using those to obtain thicker fillets.
Mix everything in the prepared sauce, then add the bean sprouts, salt and mix one last time before serving.
