- 100 g of softened butter at room temperature

How to prepare the shrimp butter sauce
Boil the prawns for a few minutes in a little boiling salted water; drain them, let them cool and put them in the blender with the butter.
Blend for a few seconds, then pass through a sieve and refrigerate until ready to serve.
