- 12 vol au vent
- 150 gr. from philadelphia
- 80 gr. of seasoned gorgonzola
- 4 tablespoons of liquid cream
Preparation of vol au vent with gorgonzola
Turn on the oven at 200 ° C, while it is heating, insert the vol au vents placed on a baking tray covered with a sheet of parchment paper so that they do not stick, making them cool for about 4 minutes.
While waiting, put the two cheeses, gorgonzola and philadephia, in a fairly large bowl and, with the help of a fork, mash them both and mix them well together, adding the cream in an amount that will soften the mixture but not too much .
Remove the hot vol au vents from the oven and fill them with the freshly made mixture, using a teaspoon.
