- 1 mozzarella
- 3 or 4 fresh ripe tomatoes
- a little parmesan
- salt
- basil (optional olives and capers)
- a few tablespoons of oil
- gr. 400 of pasta
How Caprese Pasta Is Made
Mix mozzarella, tomatoes, parmesan, salt, basil and a few tablespoons of oil in the bowl.
Pour the pasta cooked al dente just drained and mix quickly.
