Ingredients for 4 people

- 1 clove of garlic

- thyme


- parsley

- olive oil

- 15 courgette flowers


- 300 gr. minced meat

- a slice of bread

- 1 egg


- 50 gr. of parmesan cheese

- tomato pulp

How to prepare courgette flowers with meat

Clean the courgette flowers by removing the needle-like leaves on the sides of the glass and the internal pistil and leaving a piece of stem.

After soaking and squeezing the slice of bread, mix it with the minced meat, the egg, the grated Parmesan cheese, a little thyme, chopped parsley and garlic, salt and pepper.
