Ingredients for 6 people

- 200 g of cooked ham in a single slice

- 150 g of white flour


- 50 g of butter

- 100 g of gruyere

- 50 g of cottage cheese


- 5 spoons of parmesan

- 4 eggs

- 30 pitted green olives


- 1/2 glass of white wine

- 1/2 sachet of yeast

Preparation of olives and ham plumcake

In a container, with an electric whisk or manually, mix the ricotta with the butter until a smooth and homogeneous cream is obtained.

Add egg yolks, white wine, sifted flour, baking powder, parmesan, grated gruyere cheese, salt, pepper, ham without fat and cut into small pieces, and olives cut in half.

Mix everything well and pour it into a greased and floured plumcake mold, then level the surface.

Bake at 200 ° C for 45 minutes, then take it out of the oven and let it cool.

Serve the sliced ​​plumcake not too thick, possibly warm.
